One can judge a company by the commitment of top management, I thank you for your personal mail in this matter. Mathilda did phone me this morning and explained the process holistically confirming my understanding of the payment schedule etc. As I told her I do read and keep all the emails and I realized by your recent mail that I might not be receiving my snail mail, I still have a PO Box ... I’m moving beginning next year and will update my address with Mathilda and as she stated she will rather communicate electronically in future.
