As with all your cases, its been almost 2 years since I approached your firm to handle my RAF claim.
I write this email to tell you how fantastic your lawyers and personnel are.
With a few glitches here and there, there is absolutely nothing that I can complain about. The service is I have received from your team top notch.
My case was finalised today at the High Court, with [..........] being my lawyer and [..........] my advocate.
The manner in which they had handled my claim is of the highest standard! During waiting periods, [..........] showed me around the high court, explained the different processes to me, and made me feel at ease. Going from being worried and stressed about the process, to being calm, knowing that I was in good hands. As things were happening, everything was explained to me, and I was fully aware of what could happen, and what we are hoping will happen. I found it fantastic that she took the time to explain everything and show me around.
The RAF gave an offer, and [..........] fought as they weren't completely happy with the offer. They explained the offer to me, and explained the shortcomings. They put me at ease that even if it did turn out that I had to go into the witness stand, that we have a good case. Obviously without any guarantees, but it put me feel more confident.
We received an offer at the last second, during roll call (I think thats what it is :-) ), they [..........] explained the offer to me and advised that they are happy with the offer. However, if I wasn’t, they would take it further.
I was indeed happy with the offer, so the matter was settled.
I’m just want to inform you that your staff, especially [..........] , is FANTASTIC! She is an incredible assets to your operation!
