I phoned your company, way back when, and spoke to David, who came out to meet with all of us. He impressed us with his kindness and professionalism. My son in law, who owns the property, and my daughter are working, so it was my pleasure to help their employee with everything. I am retired so available 24/7.
He doesn't understand or speak English very well. He is Malawian and even though he is mentally damaged, he works hard. He works 3 days a week as he couldn't manage the 5 days he used to work. There was no way he was going to lose his job, for which he was very grateful.
I have never seen him so happy as when he returned from court once you settled his claim. He literally beamed from ear to ear. We are so grateful to you and your team for a wonderful result. It was well worth the wait.
