Three (3) years ago I was consulted at my workplace by a kind gentleman by the name of David who explained how the firm worked, what will be required of me during this journey and what they’ll be doing from their side. This prepared me for what was coming, from the get go, though I was told by another company that I might not have a case just because I hadn’t approached them first.
Nonetheless all went well as I was informed weekly about my case; I received so much assistance especially when I had to attend my expert medico-legal appointments. Clare together with Ashleigh and Zindy helped out with driver arrangements, while Nicolle and Michelle were readily available to assist if I had challenges. Not forgetting to thank Albert for the supportive discussions while driving to and back from my appointments.
