I wish to take this opportunity to Thank yourself and your company (all those involved - from the receptionist to the administrative staff / secretary) for the outstanding service I received in my case. As I am not resident in Johannesburg, the organisation for appointments was always timeously done and I was notified well in advance. It was a long process (4 years) but worth the wait. Right from the onset I was made to feel important and not just a number. I received regular communications as to the status of my case and when I had to visit Doctors for my medico legal reports / investigations it was well organised and orchestrated. The doctors / medical evaluations were professional and never did I feel "bullied” or treated with any disregard.
My lawyer…was professional, kind and courteous at all time and if I had any questions or concerns she was always quick to respond. She kept me informed at all times and when I had to be present at the high court she was at my side all the time, for which I was very grateful as it was very intimidating for a "lay" person. She explained what was going to happen, why it was happening and never made me feel stupid in any way.”…
