I was also very impressed with the fact that during negotiations on the day of my case Patrick and the Advocate present on the day really did their best to make sure that I got the best settlement even though it ended up not being the amount they wanted for me.
Nevertheless, regardless of the circumstances around my matter, I can say the settlement was good.
