My son … is your client. I have just read your two email updates from today and just felt the need to thank you. (He) has received his undertaking and damages settlement with the last trial scheduled for March next year. We live in Cape Town. He is unable to support himself financially and is in constant pain. However, I need you to know that having the support of your firm has made a huge difference in our lives. At the moment he gets money from his Trust which he gets to spend however he wants. It’s not a lot but to him it’s very meaningful. We have been dealing with RAF for the undertaking and I now fully understand your frustration. I cannot imagine how you manage to deal with them on such a large scale.
