“Dear Anna....
...I need you to know that you guys have really meant a lot to me and my family during a much difficult time.
Obviously no amount of money can compensate for the quality of life. But being alive and being able to have a second chance is priceless.
I honestly didn’t see much hope for the future of my daughter after this accident.
I have realized that even with the people and experts I have seen it was a form of counselling for me. I have not had a single bad encounter with anybody I saw and although some of the appointments were strength drawing....I am grateful. I have healed a bit more emotionally and being able to talk and open up has helped me more than I realize, looking back.
I want to thank YOU first of all...for your feistiness and your Pitbull approach towards the RAF. I knew I was in good hands straight after our first meeting. The humour and the approach by you guys was heart-warming. And of cause the humane side....
Also did you give my daughter her first experience to fly (it might seem insignificant but to me this small thing meant the world). I want to thank you for every battle you fought. Every call you made. Every email you sent. Thank you for putting your heart into what you do...
I would not have been in better hands with anybody else I am sure. I hope you will be around for the longest possible time to help more people and get their story out there. You honestly have been a colourful rainbow and comfort in hardships. I want you to know...out of my heart that I appreciate you so much. Not only as a top lawyer but as a human being. Thank you.
And as for Michael....honest and brutal for believing in the right things. I want to thank him giving us YOU. And for the patience. I can imagine you guys sometimes have to grind and bear with some clients.... throughout the nearly 3 years you guys has handled my case...not once unprofessional, uncompassionate or rude. Keeping us posted all the time....from plain tickets to bed and breakfast bookings to court cases and TV adverts....to payments and financial advice. No words of appreciation can express my gratitude and humbleness to your company. You gave me back dignity. And self worth. Not about money...but making me feel like I am still a human being and that I’m worth fighting for. No page unturned
I’m going to seriously miss you guys...might sound strange but it’s true.

I am of the opinion that you should be the only legal company handling RAF claims in S.A.
